The Museum of Forbidden Art named Best Hidden Gem at the Tiqets Remarkable Venue Awards

The Museum of Forbidden Art has been named Best Hidden Gem at the Tiqets Awards gala, held last night at the modernist Sant Pau Hospital in Barcelona. The Tiqets Remarkable Venue Awards 2024 (RVA) honour the most interesting museums, attractions and experiences of the year.

The museum’s director, Rosa Rodrigo, thanked the award with these words: “Now, on October 26th it will be a year since we opened the Museum of Forbidden Art, we could not have imagined all the way we have come, and much less that we would be here today, collecting an award, which places us alongside the best museums and attractions in the world… all of which is very exciting! For the entire Prohibit team, it is important that Tiquets has nominated us, along with facilities such as the Miró Foundation in Mallorca, the San Fernando Academy in Madrid and the Automobile and Fashion Museum in Malaga.”

No ens podíem imaginar tot el camí que hem recorregut, i molt menys que avui seríem aquí, recollint un premi, que ens col·loca al costat dels millors museus i atraccions del món

All nominees for the Tiqets Remarkable Venue Awards 2024 (RVA) were selected from millions of customer reviews, highlighting their excellence in service and experience. The final winners were chosen by public voting.
